Generator Strategic Land
A division of Generator Group, Generator Strategic Land (GSL) was founded in 2017 in joint venture with Topland Group, one of Europe’s largest privately-owned investment groups. GSL seeks to build on our existing portfolio of strategic assets through a mixture of promotion agreements, option agreements, joint ventures and unconditional purchases, securing key land holdings with the potential to address regional shortfalls in housing as well as residential care and commercial uses.
As active developers alongside our promotion activity, we understand how to secure viable and deliverable consents that maximise land value, whilst also having the financial resource and expertise to fund and deliver key infrastructure to facilitate site delivery.
