Highgrove Strategic Land are experts in the promotion of land for residential development. We work alongside our landowning partners and fully fund and manage both the planning promotion and land sale process from start to finish. Once a site has received planning permission, and in order to achieve the best value for our landowners, we collaboratively market the site before jointly agreeing a sale to a purchasing housebuilder.

We are independently funded and are passionate about working in partnership with our landowners to ultimately deliver a successful outcome on their land that fully maximises its potential and value.
