It has over 8m sq ft of industrial , trade park and office parks together with 5000 acre of land throughout the UK.
We have a small dedicated in house land team that promotes Northern Trust owned sites which are held in a wholly owned subsidiary land company, Metacre Ltd, together with sites owned by a variety of PLC and Private landowners/promotion partners, with currently 1500 acres being promoted through the planning process for mixed use development.
