Parker Strategic Ltd
Parker Strategic Land was formed in 2016 as a subsidiary to Parkers of Leicester Ltd, a family business which first traded over 100 years ago, and owns over 12,000 acres of land across England.
The focus of Parker Strategic Land is the promotion of both our own and third party owned land, over a substantial number of sites throughout England. We currently have projects covering Bedfordshire, Derbyshire, Essex, Gloucestershire, Kent, Leicestershire, Norfolk, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, and Staffordshire. These range from sites of 20 units to large scale schemes of over 5000 units, which include employment, education, sports and leisure facilities, retail centres, and retirement homes.
Parker Strategic Land aim to help shape the direction of future developments while meeting the needs of local communities, by creating places to be proud of and for future generations to enjoy.
