Waddeton Park Ltd is a privately owned company specialising in the promotion of land, primarily but not exclusively, for residential uses, mainly across the south and south west of England.

The Company has an excellent track record of successful delivery of many thousands of new homes over the last 20 years.  The Company has worked in partnership with hundreds of private landowners promoting their land through the plan making and planning/appeals process, as well as with Local Authorities and other public sector bodies in promoting surplus public sector land for residential development as well as delivering land for new schools and other local infrastructure projects.

We work with all the major house builders as well as many small and medium sized developers on projects ranging from major urban extensions of several thousand new homes to small scale village projects of a few homes.  

As a result the Company has a thorough understanding of the numerous constraints to bringing forward sufficient new homes needed to tackle the chronic under provision of land for new homes, which continues to contribute to the UK’s housing crisis.
